Ingredients

  • 2 slices Ezekiel Sprouted Bread, toasted
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Topping Suggestions:

  • Alfalfa sprouts
  • Arugula
  • Black beans
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pear slices
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Radish slices
  • Tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Spread avocado evenly on each slice of toast.
  2. Top with desired toppings.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. For a little spice, add a shake or two of hot sauce!
