Ingredients

  • Marinated Smokehouse Pork Tenderloin
  • Quaker Quick Grits
  • Heinen’s Sharp Cheddar
  • Cole Slaw
  • Fresh Success Coleslaw Mix
  • Two Brothers Honey BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Grill or roast the pork tenderloin.
  2. Prepare the grits according to the directions on the package.
  3. Once the grits are cooked, whisk in the cheddar cheese and a pat of butter.
  4. Mix the coleslaw with some mayonnaise and the Fresh Success coleslaw mix.
  5. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve on top of the cheddar grits.
  6. Serve the coleslaw and BBQ sauce on the side.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
