May Club Fx-Approved Meal Plan

The following article was written by Heinen’s Chief Dietitian, Melanie Jatsek RD, LD.
You’ll notice that May’s Club Fx-Approved Meal Plan is 100% plant-based. Why? Because, well, plants are the most powerful food you could eat for your health. And I really care about your health! I’m not exaggerating when I say that all things in the body work better when fed a steady diet of veggies, fruits, leafy greens, nuts and seeds, and legumes (beans, peas, lentils).
Feel free to add a little animal protein if you’d like, but promise me you won’t push any plants off your plate.
