Mini Lobster Rolls

Mini Lobster Rolls

Ingredients

1 lb. lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or chives
Salt and pepper, to taste
Split top hot dog buns

Instructions

Combine the lobster, mayonnaise, lemon juice, herbs and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Spoon into the hot dog buns, slice into bite-size portions and serve.
