Ingredients
- 12 oz. Heinen’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice or Heinen's ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein or Garden of Life Smooth Vanilla Organic Plant Protein
- ½ Cup Heinen’s canned 100% pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s fresh ground almond, walnut, or cashew butter
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup Heinen's frozen cauliflower
- ½ cup Heinen’s canned great northern beans
Instructions
