Pumpkin Patch Smoothie

Tucked inside this tasty, fall-inspired smoothie are two surprisingly undetectable Fx 100 foods: cauliflower and white beans. The combination of sweet banana, pumpkin, spices, and vanilla protein powder really pull through in this delightful seasonal smoothie. Enjoy!

  • 12 ounces Heinen’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice, or ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen protein or Garden of Life Smooth Vanilla Organic Plant Protein
  • ½ Cup Heinen’s canned 100% Pure Pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 Tbsp. Heinen’s fresh ground almond, walnut, or cashew butter
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ Cup frozen cauliflower
  • ½ Cup Heinen’s canned great northern beans


Add all ingredients in the order listed into a blender and blend until smooth.
