Toasted Ham & Cheese Croissants

Ingredients
For a Ham and Cheddar Cheese sandwich:
- 1 croissant
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2-3 slices of Two Brothers Baked Ham
For a Ham, Cheddar Cheese, and Veggie sandwich:
- 1 croissant
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 2-3 slices of Two Brothers Baked Ham
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 Tbsp microgreens
For a Ham and Swiss Cheese sandwich:
- 1 croissant
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2-3 slices of Two Brothers Baked Ham
For a Ham, Swiss Cheese, and Veggie sandwich:
- 1 croissant
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2-3 slices of Two Brothers Baked Ham
- ¼ cup baby spinach
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 Tbsp microgreens
Butter Wash For Topping (optional):
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the croissants in half and spread the mustard on the cut surface.
- Place the cheese slice, folded ham slices, and another cheese slice on top. Add the baby spinach, sliced tomato, and microgreens. Close the sandwiches with the croissant tops.
- Brush the melted butter on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the croissants are lightly toasted.
