September Club Fx-Approved Meal Plan
Yesterday I peeled back the plastic film on my cup of Mush Vanilla Bean Overnight Oats and, to my surprise, discovered a message on the underside that stopped me in my tracks: “You are what you repeat.”

How true is that in all areas of life? Just as our daily habits at work influence our success, our daily food habits have the power to shape our health—for better or worse.
This got me thinking: Am I leaving potential health on the table because of my current habits? If we’re honest with ourselves, I think most of us would answer yes— including me!
Food can be the most powerful medicine you’ll ever take. Starting with your very next meal, I challenge you to look for small ways to make it come alive with nourishing, life-giving foods. After all, it’s the little things we repeat consistently that have the greatest impact over time.
Are you up for the challenge?
Here are four meal ideas to inspire you this month. Remember: You are what you repeat!
Breakfast: 1 Pirq Superfood Shake + 1 slice toasted Ezekiel Sprouted Flax Bread spread with Octonuts Cashew Butter and Jam by Josh Berry Medley Jam
