2 Delicious Dips to Serve with Heinen’s Soft Pretzels

Heinen's Soft Pretzels and Homemade Dips on a Serving Board

The following recipe and photography was provided by Christina Musgrave of Tasting with Tina.

Whether entertaining guests or snacking at home, dips are safe and satisfying, especially when paired with delicious dippers!

Chips and sliced veggies are timeless partners for a variety of dips, but to take the dipping experience to the next level, I prefer pretzels! I’m not talking about the traditional crunchy pretzels that are bagged in the snack aisle, although Heinen’s has a wonderful high-quality selection. I’m talking about the soft, fluffy pretzel nuggets, sticks and twists in Heinen’s bakery!

Made with no preservatives, artificial flavors or synthetic colors, these soft pretzels come fully cooked with a salt packet, so all you have to do is give them a good sprinkle and warm them in the oven, toaster oven or air fryer!

You could absolutely opt for a flavorful store-bought dip, like a premade onion dip in the Dairy Department or Heinen’s refrigerated queso, but since the pretzels require virtually no effort, it only seems right to spend a few minutes whipping up something delicious to serve with them!

Below are two dip recipes that are designed to amplify the flavor and texture of Heinen’s soft pretzels! The caramelized onion dip is creamy and savory, while the Bacon Beer Cheese Dip is rich and silky smooth! Both can be made in advance, so I recommend whipping up a batch of each and serving them on a grazing board with an assortment of Heinen’s pretzels.
