Coconut Crusted Tilapia

Ingredients

  • Heinen's Coconut Crusted Tilapia
  • Heinen's Recipe Ready Cauliflower Rice
  • Heinen's Recipe Ready Diced Peppers

Instructions

  1. Heat a sauce pan with a splash of Heinen’s Olive Oil. Brown fish on both sides about 6 minutes total. Transfer partially cooked fish to a plate.
  2. Add another splash of olive oil to the pan and then add peppers and cook for 3 minutes or until softened.Stir in cauliflower, salt and pepper and cook another 3 minutes.
  3. Return fish to the pan, cover and reduce heat and cook until vegetables are tender and fish flakes with a fork.

In 1929, Joe Heinen opened the doors of a small butcher shop on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, aiming to establish himself as the city’s purveyor of quality meats. As customers came into Heinen’s new shop for their meat purchases, they began asking him to carry groceries as well. Joe added homemade peanut butter, pickles and donuts and by 1933, business had grown enough to include a line of produce and canned goods. Heinen’s Grocery Store was born.
