With so much time spent at home, I’ve had to get a little bit more selective with what I’m eating and drinking to stay healthy.
I love a good mimosa, so I thought, why not use a good cold-pressed juice to really kick up the immune-boosting properties of my cocktails? Garden of Flavor has a great new blend called Goji Pineapple. It has an amazing ginger flavor and pairs perfectly with some bubbly prosecco!
- 2 Tbsp. Garden of Goji Pineapple Cold-Pressed Juice
- 1 Tbsp. blood orange juice
- Add the Garden of Flavor Goji Pineapple juice and blood orange juice to a glass.
- Top with the prosecco and garnish the rim with a pineapple slice, if desired.
