Kick off the spring season with a refreshing and healthy smoothie. Complete with Wedderspoon Manuka Honey and the season’s best culinary lavender, this delicious, high protein sipper is as tasty as it is beautiful.
- 1/4 cup ice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop Garden of Life Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Wedderspoon Manuka Honey
- 3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 tsp. culinary lavender
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
