- Place fish, topped with one tablespoon of sweet pepper miscela, and the farro cake on a microwave-safe plate and heat for two minutes, then 10 second increments until warm.
- In a small amount of olive oil, sauté the spinach, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.
- Serve the heated salmon and farro cake on top of the bed of sautéed spinach.
