Sweet Pepper Salmon

Ingredients

Heinen's Grilled Salmon
Sweet Pepper Miscela
Heinen's Spinach
Heinen's Farro Risotto Cake

Instructions

Place fish, topped with one tablespoon of sweet pepper miscela, and the farro cake on a microwave-safe plate and heat for two minutes, then 10 second increments until warm.
In a small amount of olive oil, sauté the spinach, season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of fresh lemon, if desired.
Serve the heated salmon and farro cake on top of the bed of sautéed spinach.
