What’s For Dinner? Argentine Flank Steak Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • Beef Flank Steak
  • Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning
  • Cocktail Tomatoes
  • Demi Baguette
  • Heinen’s Guacamole
  • Cindy’s Kitchen Chimichurri
  • Heinen’s Baby Arugula

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with steak seasoning.
  2. Grill the steak to your desired doneness.
  3. Allow the steak to rest.
  4. Grill the tomatoes until lightly charred.
  5. Cut the demi baguette in half lengthwise.
  6. Brush the bread with olive oil.
  7. Grill the bread until lightly charred.
  8. Spread the guacamole on the grilled bread.
  9. Briefly reheat the steak.
  10. Slice the steak.
  11. Serve with the bread and tomatoes.
  12. Spoon chimichurri over the steak.
  13. Garnish with arugula.
