- Weber Chicago Steak Seasoning
- Cocktail Tomatoes
- Demi Baguette
- Heinen’s Guacamole
- Cindy’s Kitchen Chimichurri
- Heinen’s Baby Arugula
Instructions
- Season the steak with steak seasoning.
- Grill the steak to your desired doneness.
- Allow the steak to rest.
- Grill the tomatoes until lightly charred.
- Cut the demi baguette in half lengthwise.
- Brush the bread with olive oil.
- Grill the bread until lightly charred.
- Spread the guacamole on the grilled bread.
- Briefly reheat the steak.
- Slice the steak.
- Serve with the bread and tomatoes.
- Spoon chimichurri over the steak.
- Garnish with arugula.
