Premade roasted garlic chicken meatballs are a deliciously quick addition to any pasta, but especially this roasted garlic alfredo linguini! The pasta is cooked and then tossed with premium creamy alfredo sauce and freshly grated parmesan, creating the ultimate comfort food. Serve with a slice of Heinen’s artisan bread or your favorite salad for a satisfying meal.

What’s For Dinner? Linguini with Chicken Meatballs in Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • Amylu Roasted Garlic Chicken Meatballs
  • Heinen’s Quartered Marinated Artichokes
  • Carbone Roasted Garlic Alfredo
  • Ohio City Pasta Egg Linguini
  • Heinen’s Grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Instructions

  1. Fill a pot with water and place it over high heat to cook the linguini.
  2. Place the meatballs, drained artichokes, and some of the alfredo sauce in a pan over low heat. Cover the pan and allow the meatballs to heat through, stirring occasionally.
  3. When the water comes to a rolling boil, add the linguini. Strain the linguini and add it to the pan. Toss the linguini in the sauce with some of the Parmigiano Reggiano.
  4. Garnish with additional Parmigiano Reggiano when serving. Pair with  crusty bread for dipping and your favorite green salad.
