Ingredients
- Organic Nasoya Tofu, Super Firm
- Stir Fry Mix
- Ka-Me Stir Fry Udon Noodles
- Ocean’s Halo Organic and Vegan Miso Broth
- Heinen’s Own Fresh Cooked Shrimp
- Ocean’s Halo Seaweed Snack Wasabi
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the tofu between paper towels and gently press out excess moisture.
- Heat a pot over medium-high heat.
- Add oil and sauté the tofu until browned.
- Add the vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
- Add the noodles and miso broth.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and heat through.
- Cut the seaweed into thin strips using scissors.
- Serve in bowls.
- Garnish with seaweed strips.
