What’s For Dinner? Udon Noodles with Shrimp, Tofu and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Organic Nasoya Tofu, Super Firm
  • Stir Fry Mix
  • Ka-Me Stir Fry Udon Noodles
  • Ocean’s Halo Organic and Vegan Miso Broth
  • Heinen’s Own Fresh Cooked Shrimp
  • Ocean’s Halo Seaweed Snack Wasabi

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the tofu between paper towels and gently press out excess moisture.
  3. Heat a pot over medium-high heat.
  4. Add oil and sauté the tofu until browned.
  5. Add the vegetables and cook until slightly tender.
  6. Add the noodles and miso broth.
  7. Bring to a simmer.
  8. Add the shrimp and heat through.
  9. Cut the seaweed into thin strips using scissors.
  10. Serve in bowls.
  11. Garnish with seaweed strips.
