What’s For Dinner? Zatar Marinated Chicken Hummus Bowl

Ingredients

  • Miller Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Terranean Za’atar Lebanese Wild Thyme Blend
  • Esti Lemon Hummus
  • Grillo’s Mild Pickle de Gallo
  • Stonefire Original Mini Naan

Instructions

  1. Combine the Za’atar, oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat.
  4. Spread the hummus on a plate while the chicken cooks.
  5. Place the cooked chicken on top of the hummus.
  6. Briefly grill the naan to warm it.
  7. Garnish with Pickle de Gallo.
  8. Serve the naan on the side.
