Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 lbs. of filet mignon, ribeye, sirloin or flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  3. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside, then return the pan to the burner over medium heat.
  4. Add the butter and garlic, cook for 1 ½-2 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked.
  5. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and add the beef back in.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and toss to mix. Serve.
  7. For the sauce, add all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix until well combined.  Serve alongside the beef.
