Beef Burger
:
1. Melt together the cheese, chiles, cumin and half and half until smooth in a medium size pot over medium heat to make a white queso. Set aside and keep warm.
2. Next combine the beef, onions, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce together in a medium bowl and for 3 patties. Season each side of the patty with Two Brothers Seasoning. Also drizzle olive oil over the burger patties.
3. Cook the burgers on a clean grill and 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until is browned and has a medium internal temperature.
4. While the burgers are cooking add the bacon to the grill and cook it until crispy. If the fire gets too big either remove the bacon to a cooler spot on the grill or tone down the flames with ice cubes.
5. Remove the meat and plate up as followed. Pour some white queso to the bottom of the bun and then add on the burger followed up by adding on some more queso, fried onions, BBQ sauce, crispy bacon and then the top of the bun. Repeat 2 more times.

Turkey Burger
:
1.In a medium bowl combine the turkey, ginger, garlic, diced onion and salt and pepper and then form 3 patties.
2. Drizzle the olive oil over the patties, pineapple slices and red onions slices.
3. Place everything on the grill. Cook the burgers for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through out. Cook the pineapple and onions for the same amount of time.
4. Remove all of the ingredients from the grill and plate up as followed: Place a lettuce leaf to the bottom of a toasted Kaiser Bun and then add on the turkey burger, 2 slices of grilled pineapple, 1 slice of red onion, teriyaki and then the top of the bun.
5. Enjoy!
