What’s For Dinner? Lemongrass Basil Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
- Gerber Boneless Chicken Breast Stir Fry Strips
- Heinen’s Rainbow Diced Peppers
- Snow Peas
- Saffron Road Lemongrass Basil Sauce
- Seeds of Change Jasmine Rice
Instructions
- Place a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add a little oil and sauté the chicken and diced peppers.
- When the chicken is lightly browned, add the snow peas and lemongrass basil sauce. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the snow peas are tender.
- Heat the rice according to the directions on the package.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables on top of the rice.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and a lime for squeezing.
