- Sabatino Truffled Mushroom Risotto

- Heinen’s Garden Salad
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Cook the cod in the preheated oven while simultaneously cooking the mushroom risotto according to the directions on the package.
- Place the cooked cod on top of the risotto and garnish with the pea shoots. Serve the garden salad on the side.
